  The employees have terrible communication skills when sharing information about customers accounts with each other. Also they do not keep good records and will call customers repeatedly about a late payment even if arrangements have been made by that customer. They also withhold some information about the agreement you are entering into that is found only by combing the fine print meticulously. I did not find them helpful, or trustworthy for that matter.

  Social Security messed up our normal income from moving from Missouri to Kansas. We were 2 weeks late and promised to pay our next paycheck. They wouldn't accept, so now my (High Risk) pregnant fiance has to sleep on the floor. You couldn't wait 6 more days for me to catch up the payment? I understand that you have people who are always late, but that's not the case for me. I believe I had a very understandable situation. I guess its all about the money and not taking care of your customers. I will never come here again.
